There is gated private parking lot that can accommodate up to 15 cars. Our spacious concrete lot can also be used for production vehicle trucks for loading and unloading with an 18×10 roll up gate that opens straight into our 2 wall cyc studio space. Street parking is available around the neighborhood.

We require large shoots with large equipments to provide a certificate of insurance. Our property is insured. Please contact us directly for more information on this if needed.

We are located on 5200 Venice Blvd Los Angeles 90019 in mid city Los Angeles new major studios, shops and restaurants. Our studio is minutes away from the 10 freeway as well as the 405.
